Kathy Perry Britton

Owner and Executive Chair

Kathy Perry Britton is the Owner and Executive Chair of Perry Homes. Family owned and operated since 1967, Kathy inspires the Perry Homes' team every day with her passion and commitment to excellence - providing exceptional service, quality, and value to families across the south.

In addition to her dedication to customers and the Perry Homes team, Kathy is committed to community. She serves on the Board of Trustees for St. John's School, the Board of Visitors of MD Anderson, and is Trustee for the Perry Family Foundation.

Kathy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and a Juris Doctor from University of Houston Law Center.

Todd Chachere

Chief Executive Officer

Todd Chachere serves as CEO of Perry Homes. Prior to that he served as President and COO. Bringing over 25 years of experience in home building to the position, Todd is known in the industry for his integrity, dedication to excellence, and commitment to delivering quality products and outstanding customer service.

Todd leverages his deep engineering knowledge and diverse leadership background to inspire excellence in execution across all areas of the Perry Homes’ organization.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston.

Chris Little

President

Chris Little serves as President of Perry Homes, overseeing strategic operations, land development, long-term growth strategy, and trusted developer partner relations. With a passion for superior design, quality construction and white glove customer service - his leadership inspires exceptional sales and service, product design innovation, and superior construction quality.

Bringing nearly 20 years of experience at Perry Homes, Chris began his tenured career focused on the construction side of the business and most recently served as President of Central Texas. Under his leadership, Perry Homes quickly rose to acclaim as a “Top 5 Builder” and “Largest Private” homebuilder in Austin and San Antonio according to the Business Journals.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas State University.
